Apricot & Cherry Avocado Toasts

Start your spring feast with a contemporary, colourful appetizer that sings alongside the floral notes of Bloom Rosé. This early summer season impressed avocado toast is vibrant and is a barely sweeter spin on this usually savory snack. 

Serves: 5

Time: quarter-hour

Substances

  • 5 slices wheat bread, toasted
  • 4-5 avocados
  • 8 cherries, pitted & halved
  • 1 apricot
  • 5 tablespoons feta cheese
  • Flakey sea salt 

Directions

  1. Set about ½ avocado onto every slice of bread and mash with a fork till easy and creamy. 
  2. Prime with cherries and/or apricot slices and 1 tablespoon of feta on every slice.

Strawberry Rhubarb Crumble

  • ¼ cup water
  • 5 mint leaves (plus just a few further for garnish)
  • 5 cups watermelon purée (about ½ of a small, seedless watermelon)
  • Juice of 1 lime 

Directions

  1. Pour rose into ice dice trays, and freeze for six hours, or in a single day.
  2. Add sugar, water, and mint to a small pot over low warmth, and cook dinner for about 5 minutes, stirring often simply till the sugar is dissolved. Take away from the warmth and let cool & steep for half-hour earlier than eradicating the mint leaves. 
  3. Mix watermelon, lime, and easy syrup in a blender and puree till easy. Pour into ice dice trays and freeze for six hours or in a single day.
