4. What I say

Following on from Woodford Reserve’s Double Oaked expression I opted for Evan Williams White Label. Bourbon Bottled in Bond at 100 proof / 50% ABV that is Black Label ‘Cask power’ model. I discovered this just a little spirity and spicy with loads of black pepper however nonetheless held a good residual sweetness to maintain it satisfying.

Introduced at a better ABV I loved this far more than Evan Williams Black Label, there may be loads of peppery nature to it and a depth of sweetness to maintain it attention-grabbing.
