Strawberry Sidecar

  • 2 oz. Martell Cordon Bleu Cognac

  • ½ oz. Lemon juice
  • ½ oz. Triple Sec
  • Mix components and shake with ice.

  • Pressure into cocktail glass.

  • Garnish with a strawberry, sugar rim.

Key phrase Alize Blue Ardour, coconut rum, pineapple, vodka
  • 1 oz. Alizé Bleu Ardour vodka liqueur
  • 1 oz. Vodka

Rocket Pop

Key phrase Blue Curaçao, Horchata vodka, lemon, orgeat, Peychaud’s bitters
  • 1 ½ oz. Cutwater Horchata Vodka
  • ½ oz. Blue Curaçao
  • ¾ oz. Orgeat
  • ¾ oz. Lemon juice
  • Peychaud’s bitters
  • Add blue Curaçao to the underside of a tall cocktail glass.

  • In a shaker tin, mix lemon juice, orgeat and vodka.

  • Shake vigorously with ice till effectively chilled.

  • Pressure the combination over crushed ice within the ready glass, permitting it to layer over the blue Curaçao.

  • Prime with extra crushed ice and add a beneficiant float of bitters.

  • Garnish with a popsicle stick.

  • Rim the glass with Pop Rocks for an additional festive contact.

Watermelon Rosé Punch

Key phrase lemon, rosé, Easy syrup, watermelon
  • 1 750- ml. bottle Hampton Water Rosé
  • 3 cups Watermelon juice
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
  • ½ cup Easy syrup

Pop Rock

Key phrase Pop Rocks, raspberry liqueur, rum cream liqueur
  • 3 oz. Bushwacker Rum Cream
  • 2 oz. Raspberry liqueur
  • 1 packet Blue Razz Pop Rocks
  • 1 packet Strawberry Pop Rocks
  • 1 Lime wedge
  • Fill a shaker with ice and add rum cream and raspberry liquor; shake.

  • Unfold Pop Rocks out on a plate.

  • Minimize a slit throughout the lime wedge and slide it across the rim of your glass.

  • Dip the rim of the glass into lime juice after which into Pop Rocks.

  • Fill the glass half full with ice and pressure the Bushwacker combination into the glass.

Blackberry Basil Spritzer

Key phrase blackberry puree, gin, ginger ale, Easy syrup, Thai basil
  • 1 ½ oz. Dealer’s Gin
  • ½ oz. The Excellent Purée Blackberry Puree thawed
  • ½ oz. Easy syrup
  • 5 Thai basil leaves
  • Ginger ale
  • 1 lime wedge
  • Muddle blackberry puree, lime wedge, basil leaves and easy syrup.

  • Add the gin and sufficient ice to fill a tall Collins glass.

  • Give the combo an excellent shake, then pour it into the Collins glass.

  • Prime with ginger ale and garnish with a lime wedge.
