Uncle Waithley’s Smoked Pineapple with Star Anise and Thyme

[ad_1]

Uncle Waithley’s Beverage Firm has launched its latest Vincy Brew ginger beer: Smoked Pineapple with Star Anise and Thyme.

This ginger beer is made with pimento wood-smoked pineapple juice and completed with the Caribbean spices star anise and thyme.

Pimento wooden, originating from the Allspice tree (which is native to the Caribbean), is historically utilized in grilling jerk meals, giving the beverage a Caribbean taste. Smoked Pineapple with Star Anise and Thymeis the third in Uncle Waithley’s line of mixologist-crafted, Caribbean-flavored drinks, meant to honor founder Karl Franz Williams’ grandfather, St. Vincent ginger farmer Uncle Waithley.

A non-alcoholic ginger beer, Uncle Waithley’s may be consumed by itself, or used as a mixer so as to add taste to cocktails and mocktails.

“We’re dedicated to celebrating Caribbean tradition and custom with daring flavors,” says Williams, who can also be the founding father of Harlem speakeasy 67 Orange Avenue. “We brew all our drinks with recent, flavorful, all-natural components. By no means extracts. You’ll be able to style the authenticity.”

Earlier in 2024, Uncle Waithley’s launched Caribbean Sorrel. The ruby pink beverage derives its taste from steeped Hibiscus. The flavour is tart with vivid berry (much like cranberry) and citrus notes, the corporate experiences, rounded out the flavors of allspice, West Indian bay leaf, ceylon, nutmeg, clove, dried orange peel and cardamom.
