WineGB requires additional help from Authorities for wine exports – Liz Palmer


WineGB is asking on the federal government to offer further help to advertise the expansion of GB wine gross sales abroad by way of exports. The share of gross sales from export has doubled in two years from 4% in 2021 to eight% in 2023.

Presently, British wines are exported to 45 international locations, with the biggest markets being Norway, Japan, the US, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Hong Kong and South Korea.
