Winyah Sundown
Substances
- 1 ½ oz. Pearl Vodka
- ¾ oz. Domaine Canton Ginger Liqueur
- ½ oz. Orange Juice
- ½ oz. Lime Juice
- ¾ oz. Ginger Syrup
- Pinch Salt
- Massive Beet Ice Rock (25% Natural Beet Juice, 75% Water)
Preparation
- Mix into shaker
- Shake and pressure right into a rocks glass
- Drop in giant beet juice giant rock
- Garnish with blood orange triangle and skewered candied ginger
