Award-winning Mexico Metropolis brewery Cerveceria Paracaidista is increasing to the U.S. this spring in partnership with Chicago-based brewery incubator Pilot Undertaking Brewing. Cerveceria Paracaidista will debut on Could 10 with The Fats Mariachi, a Mexican lager, and Belgian for the Seashore, a hoppy saison, as effectively So You Wanna Be A Hop Celebrity? a part of their suite of limited-release beers. This would be the brewer’s first sustained new market entry exterior of Mexico, having collaborated with different U.S. breweries like Fashionable Instances, Ronin Fermentation Undertaking, Brewer’s Kitchen, amongst others.
