Following on from Woodford Reserve’s Double Oaked expression I opted for Evan Williams White Label. Bourbon Bottled in Bond at 100 proof / 50% ABV that is Black Label ‘Cask power’ model. I discovered this just a little spirity and spicy with loads of black pepper however nonetheless held a good residual sweetness to maintain it satisfying.
