“We’re very excited to introduce Interstellar Kush,” says Gavin Fantastic, co-founder of Roadhouse Brewing Co. “It has been a delight to group up with Half Acre, a pioneering brewery in my hometown, Chicago, who shares our enthusiasm for groundbreaking, hop-forward beers. Every launch in our Kush collection pushes the envelope in hop innovation and thru a inventive mixture of high quality hops, this Tetons meets Midwest collab does simply that.”
Interstellar Kush IPA is brewed with the best high quality hops from the Pacific Northwest that features Strata, Talus, Cascade, Krush (previously HBC 586) and HBC 1019. This IPA bursts with fruity aromas of ripe berry and juicy peach ring, accompanied by earthy and dank notes whereas sitting at 7% ABV.
“Roadhouse and Half Acre work collectively by means of trade organizations specializing in hops, so it was a match made in heaven for us to return collectively and brew with a few of our favourite hops each outdated and new to every of us. Being a Chicago child myself, Half Acre’s Daisy Cutter was one of many first craft beers I fell in love with, so coming full circle to work on this collaboration has been a dream come true,” notes Pure Insanity Brewmaster Max Shafer.

Previous collaborations within the collection have included Athens, GA’s Creature Comforts Brewing (Cosmic Kush); Salt Lake Metropolis’s Templin Household Brewing (Superdelic Kush); Colorado’s Odell Brewing (Chic Kush); and most not too long ago, Vista, CA and Nampa, ID’s Mom Earth Brewing Firm (Surreal Kush), every of which celebrates the usage of new + experimental hops.
