  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 1 oz. Recent mandarin juice
  • 3/4 Lillet Blanc
  • 2 ouncesPlymouth Gin
  • LaMarca Prosecco



Preparation

  1. Recent squeezed lemon juice Recent squeezed mandarin syrup Basil and Orange Bitters infused easy syrup Mix all elements and shake.
  2. Prime with Prosecco.
  3. Garnish with Basil and mandarin peel curl.

Substances


  • 2 ouncesPlymouth Gin
  • ¾ ouncesSweet Potato Purée*
  • 1/2 ouncesVanilla cordial cream**
  • 3 dashes cinnamon bitters
  • 1 egg white



Preparation

  1. Dry shake all elements, then shake with ice.
  2. Double pressure into chilled coupe glass.
  3. Garnish with Orange peel, 2 cinnamon sticks, and three drops cinnamon bitters.

*Candy Potato Purée


Substances


  • 1 giant candy potato
  • 2 cups water
  • orange zest
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Preparation


  1. Roast candy potatoes.
  2. In a saucepan, carry elements to boil then cut back to simmer.
  3. Simmer for 8 minutes.
  4. Let cool and pressure by means of mess strainer.

**Vanilla cordial cream


Substances


  • 3 ouncesheavy cream
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ouncesFrangelico
  • 1 ouncesAmaretto
